JAKE BARTRAM

President

Jake Bartram is a highly respected Master Electrician whose career is defined by exceptional skill, dedication, and a passion for his craft. Starting his journey at a young age,  he completed four years of hands-on training through Associated Builders and Contractors School. Jake earned his Journeyman status at just 21 and became a Master Electrician by 24, demonstrating both remarkable talent and an unwavering work ethic. His expertise has propelled him to great heights, earning him master electrical licenses in seven states and working on more. His reputation for excellence is further reflected in the loyalty of his clients, who value his reliability, knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.

Beyond his technical abilities, Jake is deeply committed to the next generation of electricians. He actively mentors apprentices through the very program that shaped his career, sharing his wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry. Within his company, Bartram Electric, Jake is known for fostering strong teamwork and a positive work environment, making him a cornerstone of the team.

At home, Jake is a devoted husband to his wife, Tiffany, and a proud father to their two beautiful children, Jaxon and Jaylee. He's a die-hard college football fan—especially when it comes to the Florida Gators. You can usually find him outdoors when he’s not working or watching a game—hunting, shooting, or riding off-road vehicles—activities that keep him grounded and connected to his roots. Whether at work or with his family, Jake’s commitment to excellence and his love for the outdoors define the essence of who he is.

Ashley Pederson

Vice President of Construction Administration & Finance

Ashley Pederson joined Bartram Electric in 2020, beginning her career in an entry-level, remote role, while completing a degree in Occupational Safety and Health. Upon completion, Ashley quickly advanced to Safety Director, a promotion that relocated her to Spring Hill, TN. Over the subsequent years she deepened her expertise within the company and in 2024, Ashley was named Vice President of Construction Administration—a role she considers a significant milestone. Known for her commitment and passion for Bartram’s mission, Ashley is excited to lead and grow her team while fostering the same dedication and excellence that have fueled Bartram’s continued success. "I bleed blue," Ashley says with pride, reflecting her commitment to Bartram's core values and vision for the future.

Michael Henry

Director of Material Procurement

With 14 years of industry experience, Michael Henry brings a sharp eye and steady hand to his role as Director of Material Procurement. He spent time in the electrical vendor field, worked 10 years on the outside sales side, and rounded it out with two years as a branch manager. Simply put—he’s seen it all and knows how to get the job done. When he's not keeping projects on track and materials moving, Michael’s usually chasing around his three boys, casting a line at the nearest fishing hole, or cheering on his Ole Miss Rebels. A true country boy at heart, he thrives in the great outdoors and is always up for a good sports debate. Known for his easygoing nature and magnetic personality, Michael’s the kind of guy everyone—from coworkers to moms—loves to be around. Cool, capable, and country—Michael Henry is the kind of leader that makes work feel a little more like family. Hotty Toddy!

Jason Jones

Senior Project Manager

Jason Jones is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Bartram Electric, bringing over 16 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry. Since joining Bartram in November 2023, Jason has been a driving force in delivering complex projects with precision and efficiency. His journey in the field started as a three-year apprentice, where he built a strong foundation in electrical work. He then stepped into leadership as a foreman for four years, overseeing crews and ensuring top-quality workmanship. With a passion for project execution, he pursued an Associate Degree in Computerated Drafting from Westwood College in California, sharpening his technical expertise. Jason continued his climb, spending three years as an Assistant Project Manager before fully stepping into project management, where he’s spent the last nine years leading successful builds. In 2024, he officially became a Senior Project Manager, a milestone he takes great pride in. Seeing his own progression—from the field to leadership—has been one of the most rewarding parts of his career. Outside of work, Jason is a dedicated sports fan, with a deep love for football, hockey, and baseball. You’ll find him cheering for the Tennessee Volunteers, backing the Predators and Ducks on the ice, and passionately supporting the Angels on the baseball field. Above all, Jason is a family man. He is happily married to Traci, and together they share a life built on love, laughter, and the occasional friendly sports rivalry. His dedication to both his work and his personal life makes him an invaluable part of the Bartram Electric team.

Kenny Baker

Senior Project Manager

Kenny Baker began his career in the electrical trade in 1990 and earned his Journeyman’s license by 1993. In 1994, he took on his first major leadership role, running a hotel project in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Just two years later, in 1996, he managed a 37-person crew to complete the world’s largest Homewood Suites on International Drive in Orlando, Florida—from start to finish. Kenny has been a licensed electrical contractor in Georgia and Alabama since 2002 and owned and operated his own electrical business from 2002 to 2009. In his entire career, he has only worked with one other electrical contractor before joining Bartram Electric, a testament to his dedication and reliability in the industry. Originally from Port Charlotte, Florida, Kenny spent 25 years in Alabama, where he built both his career and his family life. He’s been happily married for 35 years, with two children and three grandchildren he’s incredibly proud of. Outside of work, Kenny enjoys fishing, riding ATVs, shooting, collecting firearms, traveling with family, hanging out by the pool, and spending time with friends and loved ones. He’s also known to enjoy a good cigar and a great glass of bourbon from time to time.

Senior Project Manager

Chris Sirois is a dedicated Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the trade. Known for his relentless work ethic and commitment to getting the job done, Chris is the kind of leader who’s not afraid to put in the long hours. Whether it’s early mornings or late nights, he’s hands-on, detail-focused, and always pushing to keep projects on time and on track. When he’s not on the job, Chris enjoys fishing, archery, and spending quality time with his girlfriend and two kids. His love for the outdoors and strong family values help keep him grounded, focused, and ready for whatever the next job throws his way.

Senior Project Manager

With over 11 years of experience in the electrical construction and project management industry, John brings a proven track record of delivering complex electrical systems on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Specializing in commercial, industrial, and multi family he oversees every phase—from initial design coordination and budgeting to execution, commissioning, and closeout. John is known for strong leadership, precise attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. He collaborates closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure all project milestones are met and expectations exceeded. Certified in OSHA 30, holding a masters license in the state of Florida and continuously staying up to date on evolving technologies and codes, John plays a key role in maintaining project excellence and customer satisfaction.

Senior Estimator

Allen brings over 35 years of hands-on experience as an electrician and has spent the past 13 years specializing in estimating and project management. His extensive knowledge and dedication make him a valuable asset to any project. Known for his reliability and attention to detail, Allen is committed to delivering quality work and plans to continue contributing his expertise until retirement. Outside of work, Allen and his wife enjoy spending time at the beach, camping, visiting flea markets, and traveling. At home, they share their lives with three dogs and two cats, who keep things lively and entertaining.

Scott Desrosiers

Safety Director & QAQC Supervisor

Scott Desrosiers has been in the electrical trade since 1988 and earned his electrician’s license in 2000. He holds a Master Electrician license in two states and has taken on just about every role in the field - service technician, superintendent, project manager, operations manager, and even business owner. That broad range of experience has given him a strong foundation not only in the technical aspects of the job but also the hands-on and strategic sides of the job. Today, Scott serves as the Director of Safety and QA/QC at Bartram, where he’s focused on keeping projects running safely, smoothly, and up to code. He’s especially passionate about mentoring others - teaching not just the how, but the why. From installing systems to organizing a job site and understanding what’s behind the codebook, Scott believes in sharing knowledge that makes a lasting impact. Scott lives in Florida with his wife, his partner since they married in 2005. Together, they’ve built a strong, close-knit family with four children and three grandchildren. Off the job, he treasures time with his family and takes pride in being part of the Bartram team - a company whose values mirror his own & where he truly feels at home.

Operations Manager

Riley Pederson is the Operations Manager at Bartram Electric, bringing nearly six years of hands-on experience and a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership to his role. Currently in the final year of a four-year trade school program, he continues to enhance his skills and effectively manage large-scale construction projects. Having started as a high school apprentice, Riley has steadily taken on greater responsibilities, excelling in coordinating teams and ensuring operational efficiency. A highlight of his career includes pivotal contributions to the construction of several major buildings, where he has turned complex designs into reality through practical problem-solving and a commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Riley enjoys hunting, fishing, long-range shooting, and hiking, which provide a balanced lifestyle and reflect his deep connection to nature.

Project Manager

Scott Deason has over 20 years of experience in the electrical and construction industries, rising through the ranks from Journeyman to Project Manager. He completed formal training through the ABC school in Nashville and has owned businesses in both electrical contracting and epoxy floor coatings. His expertise includes electrical installation, project management, epoxy flooring, and custom countertops. Born in Miami and raised in Tennessee, Scott now lives a family-focused life. He’s been married since 2007 to a certified nurse specializing in labor and delivery. They have two children: a high school varsity football player and an artistic daughter who loves designing her own clothes. Outside of work, Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and motorcycles—having once raced at Willow Springs Raceway. He’s also an avid gun owner and a proud Republican.

Tim is a dedicated professional with over two decades of electrical experience, beginning his career as an electrical apprentice. Throughout the years, he has excelled in a variety of roles, including field superintendent, estimator, project manager, and pre-construction coordinator. Tim has played a key role in driving the company’s growth by managing major projects while upholding the highest quality and safety standards. With a strong background in residential and commercial electrical systems, he is skilled at troubleshooting complex issues and implementing innovative solutions. His leadership style emphasizes teamwork and mentorship, empowering colleagues to reach their full potential while continually pursuing efficient practices that benefit both clients and the Bartram team. Tim resides in Tampa, FL, where he is raising his three children: Tyler, Jacey, and Gemma. Balancing a demanding career with family life, Tim enjoys attending his children’s sports events and school activities. The family loves exploring the beautiful beaches and parks nearby, often spending time kayaking, camping, and fishing together, creating lasting memories. For Tim, family is at the core of everything he does. He is committed to instilling values of hard work and kindness in his children, fostering a strong sense of community as they navigate life’s challenges and joys.

Throughout his career, Robert has led cross-functional teams, overseen complex installations, managed budgets and timelines, and ensured strict compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. His leadership style emphasizes clear communication, on-site accountability, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations. Whether coordinating with subcontractors, interpreting technical drawings, or developing accurate project estimates, Robert brings a strategic mindset and results-driven approach to every project. He takes pride in building strong relationships and delivering successful outcomes across a diverse range of project types and environments.

Originally from a family with roots in Indiana, Chandler now lives in Tampa with his wife of three years. Outside of work, he spends his time maintaining saltwater aquariums, fishing along the Gulf Coast, and enjoying time at the range. His mix of technical skill, dedication, and steady leadership makes him a dependable presence on any job site.

His deep industry knowledge and steady leadership ensure that job sites stay on schedule, meet safety and quality standards, and operate with efficiency. Armand is known for his dedication, precision, and ability to keep things moving—even under pressure. Whether he’s coordinating teams or troubleshooting on site, he approaches every project with a commitment to doing the job right the first time. Outside of work, Armand and his wife Jessica have been married for 13 years and are proud parents to two children, Daxton and Emie. Life is full with the kids, leaving little downtime—but if he ever found some, you'd find him outdoors golfing, fishing, or elbows-deep in a hands-on project.
