JAKE BARTRAM

Founder & CEO

Jake Bartram is a highly respected Master Electrician whose career is defined by exceptional skill, dedication, and a passion for his craft. Starting his journey at a young age, he completed four years of hands-on training through Associated Builders and Contractors School. Jake earned his Journeyman status at just 21 and became a Master Electrician by 24, demonstrating both remarkable talent and an unwavering work ethic. His expertise has propelled him to great heights, earning him master electrical licenses in seven states and working on more. His reputation for excellence is further reflected in the loyalty of his clients, who value his reliability, knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.

Beyond his technical abilities, Jake is deeply committed to the next generation of electricians. He actively mentors apprentices through the very program that shaped his career, sharing his wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry. Within his company, Bartram Electric, Jake is known for fostering strong teamwork and a positive work environment, making him a cornerstone of the team.

At home, Jake is a devoted husband to his wife, Tiffany, and a proud father to their two beautiful children, Jaxon and Jaylee. He's a die-hard college football fan—especially when it comes to the Florida Gators. You can usually find him outdoors when he’s not working or watching a game—hunting, shooting, or riding off-road vehicles—activities that keep him grounded and connected to his roots. Whether at work or with his family, Jake’s commitment to excellence and his love for the outdoors define the essence of who he is.

John Melito

President

John Melito has been in the electrical construction and project management industry since 2014, building a reputation for taking on complex projects and seeing them through with clarity, precision, and consistency. He specializes in commercial, industrial, and multifamily work, and leads projects from early design and budgeting all the way through execution, commissioning, and closeout. What sets John apart is his ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments. Known for his strong leadership, exceptional organization, and sharp attention to detail, he has a natural way of keeping teams focused, clients confident, and projects running smoothly - even when things get complicated. He holds an OSHA 30 certification and a Master Electrician license in the state of Florida and stays current with industry codes and emerging technologies to ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Outside of work, John is a dedicated husband and father. His wife, Candace, is his backbone in everything he does, and together they are raising their two children, Jaxon and Chyanne. In his downtime, you’ll find him fishing, golfing, or spending time with his family - the part of life he’s most proud of.

Craig Wilson

General Superintendent

Craig Wilson has been a Senior Superintendent with Bartram Electric since August 2023, and he’s the kind of person who brings great energy to every room he walks into. With an outgoing personality and a naturally positive attitude, Craig has a way of making people feel comfortable, supported, and motivated from the moment they meet him. Craig is especially passionate about mentoring and supporting the next generation of electricians. He takes a lot of pride in helping others learn the trade, grow their skills, and build confidence in their work. Whether he’s offering guidance on the job or sharing lessons from his own experience, Craig leads with patience, encouragement, and a genuine desire to see people succeed. For Craig, it’s not just about getting the job done — it’s about doing it right and bringing people along with him in the process. His commitment to teaching and leadership reflects his dedication not only to his team, but to the future of the electrical industry as a whole. When he’s not at work, Craig is all about family and the outdoors. He loves spending time with his grandsons and enjoys hunting, fishing, and pretty much anything that gets him outside.

Riley Pederson

Operations Manager

Riley Pederson is the Operations Manager at Bartram Electric, bringing nearly six years of hands-on experience and a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership to his role. Currently in the final year of a four-year trade school program, he continues to enhance his skills and effectively manage large-scale construction projects. Having started as a high school apprentice, Riley has steadily taken on greater responsibilities, excelling in coordinating teams and ensuring operational efficiency. A highlight of his career includes pivotal contributions to the construction of several major buildings, where he has turned complex designs into reality through practical problem-solving and a commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Riley enjoys hunting, fishing, long-range shooting, and hiking, which provide a balanced lifestyle and reflect his deep connection to nature.

Kenny Baker

Project Manager

Kenny Baker began his career in the electrical trade in 1990 and earned his Journeyman’s license by 1993. In 1994, he took on his first major leadership role, running a hotel project in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Just two years later, in 1996, he managed a 37-person crew to complete the world’s largest Homewood Suites on International Drive in Orlando, Florida—from start to finish. Kenny has been a licensed electrical contractor in Georgia and Alabama since 2002 and owned and operated his own electrical business from 2002 to 2009. In his entire career, he has only worked with one other electrical contractor before joining Bartram Electric, a testament to his dedication and reliability in the industry. Originally from Port Charlotte, Florida, Kenny spent 25 years in Alabama, where he built both his career and his family life. He’s been happily married for 35 years, with two children and three grandchildren he’s incredibly proud of. Outside of work, Kenny enjoys fishing, riding ATVs, shooting, collecting firearms, traveling with family, hanging out by the pool, and spending time with friends and loved ones. He’s also known to enjoy a good cigar and a great glass of bourbon from time to time.

Logan Holloway

Project Manager

Logan Holloway has been in the electrical construction industry since 2012. Starting as an apprentice in his hometown, Logan grew into a seasoned journeyman and has managed and completed complex projects across America and Europe. He has extensive experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects, with a key background in Class I Division I Hazardous Locations and has extensive experience leading projects from the design stage to project close out. Logan brings positivity into any situation and always extends a helping hand. Logan holds an OSHA 30 certification and is a NCCER Certified Industrial Electrician. Logan's passion for knowledge in the industry drove him to pursue a degree in Construction Management from National American University. Logan believes in always performing your best and doing it right the first time. More than anything, Logan is a family man. He and his wife Elezabeth live on their farm with their two sons, Elias and Isaac. He enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, and anything outdoors. Logan has built his life around his faith and his family, and we are glad he is a part of our team.

Robert Sloan

Project Manager

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, Robert Sloan specializes in managing commercial, residential, and light industrial electrical projects from concept to completion. His career has encompassed a wide range of roles, including Project Manager, General Superintendent, Estimator, and Superintendent, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of every phase of the construction process. Throughout his career, Robert has led cross-functional teams, overseen complex installations, managed budgets and timelines, and ensured strict compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. His leadership style emphasizes clear communication, on-site accountability, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations. Whether coordinating with subcontractors, interpreting technical drawings, or developing accurate project estimates, Robert brings a strategic mindset and results-driven approach to every project. He takes pride in building strong relationships and delivering successful outcomes across a diverse range of project types and environments.

Jennifer Peterson

Manager of Human Resources

Jennifer Peterson is the Manager of Human Resources with over 12 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of employee relations, talent management, and creating a positive workplace culture. Jennifer’s expertise and dedication play a key role in ensuring our team’s success and well-being. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and four dogs on their 4-acre property. Her down-to-earth approach and vast knowledge make her a valued leader both in and outside the office.

Victoria Sullivan

Manager of Business Development & Administration

Victoria serves as the Manager of Marketing & Administration at Bartram Electric, where she gets the best of both worlds - fueling her creativity through marketing, events, and networking, while also overseeing the administrative operations that keep everything running smoothly. In 2025, Victoria was honored as the Emerging Young Professional of the Year by the Maury County Chamber, a recognition that reflects her passion for people, community, and building meaningful connections. From digital marketing and brand strategy to event planning and community outreach, she plays a key role in shaping Bartram’s presence both inside and outside the organization. Known for her energy, dedication, and can-do attitude, Victoria loves that her role allows her to stimulate both her Type B creativity and her Type A organizational tendencies - making every day a perfect mix of strategy, structure, and fun. She’s incredibly proud to be part of the Bartram Electric team and is passionate about contributing to a company she truly believes in.

Ashlynn Langley

Project Administrator

As a dedicated member of the administration team at Bartram Electric, Ashlynn is committed to supporting operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Her role allows her to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team. Outside of work, Ashlynn values spending quality time with family and friends. A proud University of Tennessee fan, she enjoys attending sporting events—especially football and baseball games. In her free time, she loves fishing and golfing with her husband, making the most of their time outdoors. She believes that building strong relationships, both professionally and personally, is the foundation of success and happiness.
